Approach and bio Since obtaining her bachelor's degree in dance at UQAM in 2018, Giverny has taken part in various productions where she creates and performs for Human Playground, Compagnie Optixx, the Laborare collective, Compagnie de danse Sursaut, Bodiography Contemporary Ballet. In addition, she initiates and develops ecofeminist performance projects to explore the depths of her sensuality in correspondence with different types of organic body-environments, notably water, lakeshores and skin. Since then, Giverny has juggled three practices to create her performative worlds: scuba diving/snorkeling, dance and experimental video. In 2022, she founded OBNL sujet espaces-temps as an artistic body dedicated to cultural mediation. At the same time, Giverny is working on a Master's project in dance research-creation at UQAM, focusing on the ritual practice that organizes itself into the ethics of her skin for her poetics as a performer-creator.
